1:1 Soulful Life Coaching

By enrolling in this coaching experience, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Refund & Return Policy

I want you to feel confident in your decision to join. That’s why I offer a 7-day trial period. If the program doesn’t feel like the right fit for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@rachelhupp.com.

After the 7-day window, all sales are final. For full details, please review the Refund & Return Policy.

2. Messaging & Response Time

You’re welcome to message me anytime on Voxer or Telegram - whichever app you prefer. I typically respond during my scheduled hours, at least once per day Monday through Friday. I take weekends off to rest and recharge.

If I’m away for a week or more, your coaching time will be extended accordingly so you never lose the value of your experience.

3. You Set the Pace (and I’ll Check In)

This is your space. You can reach out as often - or as little - as you like. There’s no pressure to message daily or have everything figured out. I’m here to support you in a way that feels natural and sustainable for your life.

To make sure you feel supported, I’ll also check in periodically to see how you’re doing and ensure you have the guidance and resources you need.

4. Payment Responsibility

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments as outlined at checkout. Payment plans are a commitment to pay in full. If a payment fails, your coaching access will pause until the issue is resolved. If left unpaid, the balance may be sent to collections.

5. Scope of Practice

I’m a certified health and life coach and yoga teacher - not a therapist, doctor, or financial advisor. Coaching is not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, or financial advice.

My role is to offer guidance, support, and tools rooted in mindfulness and holistic practices. You are responsible for making your own well-informed decisions regarding your health, life, and well-being.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

What you share with me is held with care and confidentiality. I will never share your personal information unless legally required (for example, if there is a risk of harm to yourself or someone else).

Please note: because we use third-party platforms like Voxer or Telegram, I cannot guarantee absolute security of these apps, though I take reasonable steps to protect your privacy.

7. Results Are Based on Your Action

Every coaching experience is unique. While I provide tools, guidance, and support, your results depend on your willingness to show up and take aligned action. I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, but I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

8. Life Happens

If something unexpected prevents me from coaching for a short time (such as illness or family emergency), I’ll communicate with you and extend your coaching period so you don’t miss any support you’ve invested in.
If a major life event makes it impossible for me to continue long term, I’ll make every reasonable effort to provide a prorated refund for any unused sessions. If I’m unable to process refunds due to circumstances beyond my control, refunds may not be possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, tools, and resources shared with you during this coaching experience are for your personal use only. They may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without my written permission.

10. Non-Transferable (with Gifting Exception)

Your coaching package is non-transferable once it has started. If you’d like to purchase coaching as a gift, the recipient must agree to these Terms & Conditions before the coaching begins. Please email hello@rachelhupp.com before gifting so I can ensure the recipient receives everything they need to start their journey.

Refund & Return Policy

I want you to feel confident about this investment, which is why I offer a 7-day trial period. During those first seven days, you’ll have full access to everything inside the program so you can explore and experience it for yourself.

If, within that window, you feel it’s not the right fit, simply email me at hello@rachelhupp.com, and you’ll receive a full refund - no questions asked.

After the 7-day trial period, the program becomes non-refundable, as you’ll have access to all the resources, tools, and personalized support designed to create lasting change.
