Yoga didn't fix that. But it gave me a way back to myself. Not just through the poses, but through the philosophy. The breath, the awareness, the ancient invitation to stop pushing so hard and start listening. 


I've been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and teaching for over a decade. I'm based in the Shenandoah Valley, Virginia, and I hear it all the time from students: "I wish I could carry this feeling with me when I leave." 


That's exactly why I created this. It's everything I wish someone had handed me when I was first learning that yoga was so much more than exercise.
